Each Clark Hatch Fitness Centers are designed and fully equipped with the top of the line fitness equipments. The cardiovascular equipments includes Life
Fitness treadmills , Lifecycle upright and recumbent bicycles, rowing machines, Life Fitness Cross Trainers. The latest and most advanced equipment for
strength conditioning and weight stations are also available for a complete workout. Clark Hatch also provides a full range of free weights for members who
need to condition and challenge themselves further.
Personal Training
Get Fit with a Personal Trainer. Personal training helps you achieve your fitness goals faster and your trainer will be on hand to help you throughout your workout sessions. You and your trainer will first start by identifying your fitness goals and based on your existing fitness level, your personal trainer will design a personalized fitness plan.
Your workout sessions would be on a one-to-one basis and you will be guided on each exercise on proper execution, weights, sets and repetitions as well as injury prevention.
Your personal trainer will be able to provide you with proper food and nutritional advice. He or she is ever ready to review and reprogram to ensure that you will get the best result for your workouts beside keeping you motivated.
Personalized Fitness Programs
At the center, highly trained fitness instructors are available to assist, lead and train members in a variety of workouts. Every Clark Hatch member will be given a fitness assessment and their fitness goals determined before embarking on a personalized program designed by our instructor.
Members are guided on their exercise routine and re-measured and re-program consistently to ensure that they are achieving their fitness objective. Our instructors are always on hand to help or spot you while you are exercising or anytime you require assistance.
Group Exercise Class
For a twist to your regular workout, why not challenge yourself by participating in a Group Exercise Class. Be totally inspired and motivated by our pool of instructors and try any one of the many available classes.
We offer a wide range of Les Mills classes such as pilates, yoga, step aerobics, circuit training, toning and sculpting classes at each center of your choice. There are bound to be a few that suit you and these classes may be incorporated into your regular fitness program. It helps add variety to your normal routine and you will never get bored.
So why not start your adrenaline pumping, burn those calories and it is a also great way to strengthen your heart while having fun.
Reciprocal Privileges
With a network of over 50 centers worldwide, Clark Hatch members enjoy reciprocal privileges and the convenience of exercising at any of the centers within the network. When you are traveling either on business or holiday, there is no need to disrupt your workout routine. Just check out the nearest Clark Hatch center before you leave.
Lockers & Usage of Towels
We provide the convenience of towels and also lockers for members to keep their belongings.
As our lockers are located just outside the fitting rooms and bathrooms so it's easy and convenient for members. .
Steam & Sauna Rooms
After a great workout, you may want to reward yourself by taking some time to relax and enjoy a steam or sauna bath.
Jacuzzi & Cold Plunge
To help you further relax your mind and muscles or to relieve stress, give yourself some me time by simply soaking in the Jacuzzi and let your body rest.
Swimming Pool
Most of the Clark Hatch centers provide the convenience of a swimming pool. From big to small, regular to free flowing shapes, have your pick from the many and beautiful swimming pools located at our various clubs. Get yourself a good cardio workout by doing your laps or simply relax and enjoy a lazy swim over the weekend.
You can even plan on getting that good sun tan that you have always wanted right here without having to fly to one of those exotic islands. Our advice is just make sure that you get a good sun block lotion to protect yourself from the ultra violet rays that may be harmful to the skin.
Tennis Court
For members who enjoy racquet games some of the Clark Hatch centers offer tennis, squash and basketball facilities. Take a break from your regular routine, bring a friend or team up with fellow members and indulge in your favorite sports.
You may want to invite some of your friends to join you for a competitive game of squash or basketball or just to try something new altogether.
